Confirm the appointment and agreed annual scope in writing, arrange authorised registry notices where applicable, and maintain the service for the paid annual term.
6. Completion and follow-up
Receive released documents, progress updates and any applicable annual renewal reminders in your workspace.

Timing and costs
US$459.99 per year (including GCT)
Annual registered-office and registered-agent administration for one entity, subject to conflict review, written engagement and firm acceptance. Includes receipt and forwarding of official notices and maintenance of agreed office/agent arrangements during the paid annual term. Annual-return preparation, government filing fees, taxes and additional legal work are charged separately unless expressly included in a written quote. Renewal is invoiced annually; no automatic card debit is enabled. Cancelling renewal does not itself change registry appointments or the registered address.
Timing and required records are confirmed after review. Registry processing, signed instructions and third-party responses may affect completion.
