English Law stores your name, reply email and enquiry to respond through its portal and NovaNexus. Browser access normally lasts seven days; this does not automatically delete the firm’s enquiry record.

Optional AI assistance
You can continue with the support team without enabling AI. If you choose optional Nova AI assistance, general chat questions and published English Law service information may be processed through SuperNova Nova AI and OpenAI. Contact fields and private portal records are not included in AI requests. Nova is an AI assistant, not an attorney.

Private case information
Keep private case details and documents in your secure client portal. Public chat is for general enquiries and is not an emergency service.
